Church and State Can Cooperate, Says Pope
VATICAN CITY, MARCH 17, 2005 (Zenit.org). – John Paul II believes that the Church and state can and must collaborate in their service to the person and the common good with relations of “autonomy and difference.”
Before getting into the current facts, let’s look at the past movements of the beast in Rome to see if there are any parallels. Over 1690 years ago, in the infancy of Rome’s prophesied power we find movements the modern-day Vatican can’t help but to echo today. When you read the following historic facts, try to recall what the American Government has been doing, especially since John F. Kennedy’s instituted “blue laws” which in turn forced all government agencies to be closed on Sundays.
313AD – The so-called edict of Milan, issued jointly with his colleague Licinius, granting religious liberty to all, of whatever religious belief, and particularly mentioning the Christians. Hereafter Constantine surrounded himself with bishops, gave preference to the Christians, and issued legislation in their favor, without renouncing or persecuting paganism”
321AD – His famous Sunday law, which served to unite his Christian and pagan subjects in “the venerable day of the Sun.”
323AD or 324AD – His attainment of sole rule of the whole empire by the defeat of his last rival, the pagan Licinius, who had resumed persecution of Christians in the East; his open espousal and proclamation of Christianity about this time, and the subsequent disappearance of the sun-god and other pagan symbols from his coinage.
325 AD – His convening of the council of Nicea, which he dominated, on order to secure unity in the church; subsequently, his enforcement of that unity against heretical Christians in favor of the Catholic church.

As I have said numerous times before, just because the pope wants the USA to form an image to itself doesn’t mean that will happen. In order for it to come to fruition you MUST have a Protestant leader stand up, demand the same thing using, of course, a grassroots campaign. Back in October of 2002 Pat Robertson’s “Christian Coalition” held a rally in D.C., straightforwardly snubbing both the Scripture as well as the American Constitution regarding separation of church and state. Prophecy BLUNTLY states the “Lamb horned beast,” which is actually the United States Government, will make an “image to the beast” (Revelation 13:11) before Christ arrives so as to better enforce the beast’s mark upon mankind. Let’s quickly look at the facts, shall we?

Now that we know who this beast is. How can any government form an image of it? First off, it would have to obviously become a church & state entity. Still, the main image of this beast is not only about melding church & state. The true agenda behind all this is CONTROL to put it bluntly. Rome has all along gone directly, and quite openly I might add, against Christ’s suggestions regarding separating the church from the state. I have literally hundreds of articles that show Rome’s “not so hidden” agenda regarding forcing the US Government to form an IMAGE of their form of government upon the American people and the World at large. Rome has been attacking both the constitution as well as the church & state separation for decades. And now they have what they worked so hard for.
To top it off, just as prophesied, thanks to Pat Robertson, the protestant churches have extended a helping hand across the gulf and are now helping the government do all this for Rome! Robertson in fact leads the charge “supposedly” from outside Rome, but when you look at what Rome was doing for decades, and how they always infiltrate churches from within so as to make them into their Roman image, you now realize why Pat Robertson has pushed so hard for this removal of church and state. Truth be known, evidence has been unearthed recently proving Robertson to actually be a Catholic Jesuit. It is by his globally published fruits you can know this!
This ministry, as well as others like it, have been warning people for many years that this is Rome’s agenda all along. Prophecy is sure! As prophesied by our Lord, the Government in America has bowed to the pressure of both Rome and her friends.
On March 7 2006, George W. Bush declared in his Executive Order #13397 that all “faith based” entities in the USA fall under the title as GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. This order actually tied the Office of Homeland Security with those “faith based” churches on that day as well. This is why we saw Government spies in U.S. churches reporting back to the White House any and all preachers that spoke against the Government from their pulpits. Especially in 2004 prior to the election Bush so desperately needed to win! What they learned from those churches made their next move obvious. Since they now know the majority of the people are aware of what they’re up to, it is now the Governments job to stop the negative speaking preachers so as to calm the storm they themselves have generated and create a false sense of security as well as “peace and safety.”

… After a tough debate, last night in the House chamber, Congressman Walter Jones’ Houses of Worship Political Speech Protection Act was voted down this morning. If it had passed, the bill would have freely allowed political speech inside churches without the fear of the loss of tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. When the vote finally came in, the legislation was defeated 237-178. There were 16 abstentions. Following this action by the House, churches will remain the only place where “free speech” is not allowed in the United States
Are Political Spies in Churches?

In the United States, with presidential elections only months away, political spies may be attending Sunday church services. The Kansas City Star reports that in Johnson County volunteers from a liberal group called the “Mainstream Coalition” will attend Sunday services in different churches; 100 volunteers will slip into church, trying to catch political statements from the pulpit which might violate U.S. federal law.
Since the preachers of these churches wouldn’t bow to Government strong-arming, the government had to pull the ace they had up their sleeve. When Robertson rallied in DC with 15000 supporters back in 2002 he created an obvious need before the powers that be to do as he (Rome) wanted all along. A few preachers here and there speaking out is no big problem. Rome knew this and needed a way to make the problem worse so as to ensure their long-desired agenda. So, Robertson was called upon to fan the flames so as to make those in D.C. wake up and start pushing a strict agenda against the churches. The Jesuits in the U.S. Government knew all along this day was coming when they created the 501C3 tax free status. They just wanted to speed things up for obvious reasons (Revelation 12:12).
Revelation 12:12 “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
Once the churches fell for the carrot of mammon (money) dangling before their eyes and incorporated with the state, they had no more say as to what they could or could not do or could or could not preach. This is why we saw the sudden change in the IRS back in the 80’s regarding any and all new churches that forced them to comply with Catholic dogma if they desired tax free status. That “testing of the waters” telegraphed the obvious greed of the “preachers of filthy lucre” to those holding the strings. They knew they could play the pastors as easy as puppets because the cash they were making via the “tax break” proved to be a powerful idol to them. Now when antichristian laws pop up as prophesied, the greedy pastors have no choice but to go along. If they don’t, the IRS will remove their cherished idol and slap millions of dollars of fines and penalties on them forcing them into literal bankruptcy. Seeing how easy that was to pull off, it was a no-brainer to predict the following executive order would be penned by the Bush administration on March 7, 2006.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to help the Federal Government coordinate a national effort to expand opportunities for faith-based and other community organizations and to strengthen their capacity to better meet America’s social and community needs, it is hereby ordered as follows:

If you have a 501C3 tax free status, you will be expected to comply with all these “rules and regulations” and any other additions they deem necessary. The government now holds the strings and there isn’t one thing you can do about it!
If you do not agree in any way shape or form with the government, you will lose your tax-free status and be investigated to the point where all previous years as a tax-free entity will be audited and eventually rescinded. Then you, your church board, and anyone else associated with the church in the “decision” making process will be liable for back taxes, excise taxes, as well as penalties that will literally shut you down.
In short, if you are a church 20 years and are found at fault you will be financially ruined and forced into bankruptcy. Truth is they already “tested” this out recently in November of 2001 so as to educate themselves on the problems entailed in annihilating churches. I was also informed just the other day that some Sabbath keeping churches and ministries that fell for the 501C3 trap have, in fact, tried to have it removed by contacting the IRS. However, in the attempt, the IRS stated quite boldly they would fine them as well as confiscate all properties and furnishings gathered over the life of the 501C3. So, yes, this is a foothold that has become overwhelming to some! Need I state what the right thing to do is?

If you’re not a church yet, then you will be expected to comply with these “rules and regulations,” that is of course if you seek the tax-free status. Problem is, churches are already tax free according to the constitution, as well as according to the following IRS agent under oath …
The evidence as to what we are saying, though denied by most preachers, was made clear on January 24 in Tampa, Florida. IRS agent Melvin Blough testified in federal court that “once a church obtains the status of 501(c)(3) under the IRC they are trapped. The only way to be removed from a 501(c)(3) status is if the IRS chooses to remove the exemption. So, if you dissolve the corporation and continue on as ABC church, an unincorporated church, you’re still trapped in their web and under their control.” He further testified that a church is automatically exempt under federal law without a 501(c)(3) designation. Why did the pastors fall for this? It’s because of greed, plain and simple. If you want to be able to go to the local market to buy “non ministry specific” goods without paying taxes, you will need a tax-free ID number. Not only are they lying when they do this, they are also going against Christ’s written will regarding the separation of church and state! The only way a church can get that tax-free number is to INCORPORATE WITH THE STATE! Then the 501C3 is assured, and the tax ID number is given. That’s how the CHURCH & STATE (image of the beast) prophecy was actually fulfilled. The enforcement comes … well … I was going to say later, but it’s actually happening NOW.
The “church & state” image of the beast has first been created behind closed doors in this country for years by those church leaders greedy enough to fall for this trap. It’s only NOW that the government is going to flex its muscles because the timing is right and hundreds of thousands of churches are in their trap. They needed a few decades of greed filled preachers and pastors to go for the “extra” money they save in taxes. Now almost ALL churches are INCORPORATED WITH THE STATE! When the Rev. George F. Regas delivered a sermon opposing the Iraq War in All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, Calif., two days before the 2004 presidential election, he expected to upset a few members of the congregation. Instead, he seems to have upset the Internal Revenue Service, which began an investigation that is still under way. All Saints isn’t the only church to fall out of the good graces of the IRS.
Under the 1954 Revenue Act, 501(c)(3) organizations risk losing their tax-exempt status if they “participate in, or intervene in . . . any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for political office.” Over the past two years scores of organizations have faced scrutiny for allegedly mixing their political convictions with their religious ones. And this summer the IRS expanded a program it first launched in 2004 to take direct aim at political advocacy inside houses of worship.
The new crackdown, which the IRS calls the Political Activity Compliance Initiative, has so far put some 15,000 nonprofits–mostly churches–on notice that preaching politics puts them at risk of audits, fines or, in some cases, the loss of tax-exempt status. The IRS has also announced it will no longer wait for complaints to come in, but will instead take action “to prevent violations.” It will be reviewing the content of sermons, it says, as well as the financial books of religious organizations. The free exercise of religion could now come with a hefty bill.
Antiwar Sermon Brings IRS Warning

The Internal Revenue Service has warned one of Southern California’s largest and most liberal churches that it is at risk of losing its tax-exempt status because of an antiwar sermon two days before the 2004 presidential election.
… On June 9, the church received a letter from the IRS stating that “a reasonable belief exists that you may not be tax-exempt as a church. ” The federal tax code prohibits tax-exempt organizations, including churches, from intervening in political campaigns and elections. The letter went on to say that “our concerns are based on a Nov. 1, 2004, newspaper article in the Los Angeles Times and a sermon presented at the All Saints Church discussed in the article.” The IRS cited The Times story’s description of the sermon as a “searing indictment of the Bush administration’s policies in Iraq” and noted that the sermon described “tax cuts as inimical to the values of Jesus.” As Bacon spoke, 1984 Nobel Peace Prize Winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a co-celebrant of Sunday’s Requiem Eucharist, looked on.
Many more articles than this can and have been posted proving as these two prove. Now, I agree that we need to keep church & state separate. However, notice the hypocrisy here. The government has had religious laws (blue laws) for decades. These laws force all their agencies to be closed on “religious” holidays, of which “Sunday” is now considered one. Now yes, I know full well Sunday is not the Sabbath, but they think it is a religious day. They place “in God we trust” on Federal Reserve Notes. They have crosses covering all military cemeteries. They have “mangers” on government property every December 25th. The list goes on and on as to how much Constantine’s suggestions have been taken to heart. What is obvious to me is that the government says we must remove separation when it benefits them, and then they allow it when it benefits them as well. It’s always a win-win situation with those in power.
So … how is this a bad thing? Looking back in history we find that mixing religion with civil power always ends in disaster. With their new-found power back in the dark ages, the Vatican killed over 500 million innocent men, women and children simply because they could. With the power of the church being backed by the power of the land, you end up with absolute power. With that said, how long will it be before we begin to see the U.S. Government being solicited by the “Vaticanized” churches to help them in enforcing their “moral” or “religious” agenda? Not long it seems …

HARVEY, Ill. (AP) – The mayor of this crime-ridden Chicago suburb says the town needs help that conventional forces cannot render. So he has turned to six Christian ministers, one for each ward. In a move that worries civil libertarians, Mayor Eric Kellogg has appointed the volunteer chaplains to comfort crime victims and promote neighborhood activism in the poverty-stricken town of 30,000. Kellogg said the ministers’ unpaid duties do not violate the separation of church and state because they do not proselytize. “We’re not dealing with separation. We’re dealing with collaboration,” Kellogg said Wednesday. The American Civil Liberties Union worries that a line has nonetheless been crossed. “Our major concern is that this really amounts to a government promotion of religious values, and a particular religious value,” said Ed Yohnka, spokesman for the group’s Chicago office. “When you have a tragedy, there are many people who would turn to their faith. The question is whether government should be sending someone out there to promote their particular faith.”
Now do you see how easy it will be to enforce Sunday laws? There are more articles, of course, of churches seeking civil powers to help them. But this smattering should be enough to illustrate that, yes, the churches are looking to the civil powers already for assistance just as Rome has always done. They are following Rome’s lead on this one so as to enforce their religious ideas on the masses, and in so doing they are creating the image of the beast all the way down to its desire to use FORCE! Need I remind you of this “follow the leader” mentality and how it forced many into early graves back in the 1600’s?

A word of warning … Please don’t think that just because you’re not a pastor or a preacher that you’re safe in these “government” funded “faith based” 501C3 churches. Since they are “faith based funded”, you are now being watched and reported on by the church staff. If they refuse to do so, they will, in fact, lose their faith based funding and are then placed in certain financial jeopardy. The money they can lose far outweighs their loyalty to you, your spouse or your children! You alone will suddenly become the problem, and seeing how real Christians love to preach TRUTH, you will be dis-fellowshipped, but not before being “tagged” a subversive worthy of observation by big brother.

MIAMI, Florida (AP) — U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris told a religious journal that separation of church and state is “a lie” and God and the nation’s founding fathers did not intend the country be “a nation of secular laws.”
… Harris made the comments — which she clarified Saturday — in the Florida Baptist Witness, the weekly journal of the Florida Baptist State Convention, which interviewed political candidates and asked them about religion and their positions on issues.

The Christian Bible easily exposes this woman to be a liar. However, seeing how there is already a prophesied famine in the land of people refusing to open Bibles …

… this “assumed” educated politician will be considered intelligent and therefore trustworthy. She may be intelligent in matters of the state, but in matters of eternal truth, she is far lacking indeed. Still, many will place their trust in her over Scripture simply because the prophecy states their Bibles are dust collectors and they have a massive lack of knowledge. In other words, if you don’t read the warning signs you will blindly fall in the pit. And for those that do see her as a liar, if they speak up they are either financially ruined or dis-fellowshipped and placed under governmental observation. And it is ALL perfectly legal.

Rep. Katherine Harris, a Florida Republican who is seeking a U.S. Senate seat, said this week that God did not intend for the United States to be a “nation of secular laws” and that a failure to elect Christians to political office will allow lawmaking bodies to “legislate sin.”

Now, I too believe that people of faith should be our leaders. However, if they are TRUE people of faith they would know what Jesus meant when He declared a separation of church and state was necessary. The 501C3 was obviously a trap. Preachers with understanding of the end time prophecies have been stating that very fact for over 5 decades now. Problem is, the monetary greed of the other preachers far outweighed the concrete evidence they peered into. Now this small, insignificant, “tax-free” foothold has become a snare they could never imagine. It is so overwhelming and so massive now that even if they wanted to, they simply cannot break free of it without an absolute financial disaster. Especially if they have become a large church and have been around for a few years. If they refuse to comply with the Federal Government on this one, the families of the church board will be financially ruined, guaranteed.
Yes, once again, Satan has been able to dangle the “almighty dollar” before the eyes of the weak so as to claim his prey! And all prophecy had to say in warning was …
Revelation 13:14 “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.”
The Lord doesn’t need to explain the details, because doing so would give the wicked the upper hand. Only those seeking truth would dig deep enough to discover it. Our Lord just needed to inform us they would do it. How it comes to fruition has become plain enough now. John 14:29 becomes a glaring beacon for those that trusted Christian prophecy all along, now doesn’t it? Some won’t believe until AFTER the fulfillment. I say, so be it. Better late than never, eh?
John 14:29 “And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.”
So, what is the ultimate reason for the 501c3? This contract stipulates that no faith-based organization may speak on political issues on the pulpit. Since the Vatican exists simultaneously as a church and political entity, the 501c3 churches cannot speak about the beast’s role throughout history nor can they speak about her role in these end times. This devious contract has gagged the mouths of every preacher who holds it from warning their flocks about these times, and the times to come … all for the sake of money, or as the Bible calls it, “filthy lucre”.

Okay Pastors, Evangelists, Missionaries, Deacons, Trustees, Elders … listen up! Let’s stop all the hocus-pocus, the illusions, the scams, the fairy tales and the outright lies regarding what the 501(c)(3) incorporated church is and is not. For a change, let’s deal with facts. For those of you who don’t understand “facts”, in the legal arena facts are used and are supported by documented evidence which would be admissible in a legitimate court of law. Facts are not hyperbole!
The DOWN side of the 501(c)(3) corporation:
*The creator of a corporation is the State;
*The State is the sole authority and sovereign head over the corporation;
*The corporation is subject to the laws of the State which limits its powers;
*The corporation has no constitutionally protected rights, except the 14th Amendment;
*The corporation is an artificial person;
*The corporation submits to a State Charter declaring it is a creature of the State;
*The corporation is created for the benefit of the public;
*The corporation is a State franchise;
*The corporation is a privilege granted by the State.
The above statements are facts. They were not invented by this author in order to make a point. They were established by state/federal statutes, IRS Code and case law/precedents, if you will. They are still good law, never having been overturned/amended, therefore, they are still in full force and effect. In the landmark case Hale vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 74 (1906), the U.S. Supreme Court stated the following regarding corporations:
“Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the State. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises and holds them subject to the laws of the State and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation.”
Continuing with Hale vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 74-75 (1906) the Court also stated regarding corporations:
“There is a clear distinction in this particular between an individual and a corporation and that the latter has no right to refuse to submit its books and papers for examination at the suit of the State. While an individual may lawfully refuse to answer incriminating questions unless protected by an immunity statute, it does not follow that a corporation vested with certain privileges and franchises may refuse to show its hand when charged with an abuse of such privileges.”
Do you get it? Can you see the trap? A 501(c)(3) corporation, being an artificial person, is not considered a person under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (religious liberty clause) or under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution (protection against self-incrimination clause). Therefore, an incorporated church has NO First or Fifth Amendment rights.
In the case Johnson vs. Goodyear, 127 Cal.4 (1899):
“A corporation, being an artificial person, only has rights within the meaning of the due process and equal protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and similar provisions of State constitutions and within the meaning of state statutes.”
The DIRTY side of a 501(c)(3) corporation:
*The 501(c)(3) corporation may exist in perpetuity;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation is required by law to serve the State;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation must support the government agenda, i.e. all public policy;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation is not really tax exempt, since it pays Social Security taxes;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation allegedly has limited liability protection;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation is just considered another business;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation can hold real estate;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation can sue and be sued;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation members do not own any of the assets;
*The 501(c)(3) corporation is governed by a Board of Directors;
*To dissolve the 501(c)(3) corporation, you must first give all your assets (if you have any) to another 501(c)(3) corporation. If you do not do this the State will take your assets and distribute them for you to other tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporations.
You know the statement, “… there is nothing new under the sun.” Well, this is certainly true about corporations. The corporation, as we know it today, was perfected by the Romans around 250 B.C. It had all the legal attributes that we know today. These are called legal maximums, which all originated with Rome, and survive to this day as governing legal dictum. Remember, the Romans were pagans and they controlled every facet of their society, including its legal system.
As I am sure you will remember, in the Roman Empire, there were no individual or personal liberties. The only benefits and privileges you received were State-sanctioned. The great and mighty supreme authority over everything was the State. In all matters, nothing in Rome and/or their provinces, could be done without the State’s license and permission. Incorporation became mandatory by 6 A.D. for all “spontaneous collectivities of persons.”
Rome literally had hundreds of deities which they permitted to be worshipped. The key word here is “permitted”. The Lord’s church was not only persecuted because of who they worshipped; they were persecuted because of their refusal to seek permission from the State by becoming incorporated. The Lord’s church was considered illicit because of this refusal. Sounds like what we have today, does it not?
THE DOWN AND DIRTY SIDE OF THE 501(c)(3) INCORPORATED CHURCH
This section is specifically for the Pastors who masquerade their 501(c)(3) corporations as a church; who continually allow the church to be demeaned as an underling, a subordinate, and a dependent of the State. It’s for Pastors who have bowed and crawled to Caesar to seek the almighty mythical tax-exemption. It’s for Pastors who choose Caesar’s favor over obedience to God. And, sadly, it’s for Pastors who should be able to grasp this simple Biblical doctrine, or, worse yet, they think they are smarter than the Lord … this section is for you!
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church has no 1st Amendment or 5th Amendment rights as provided by the United States Constitution because your corporation is an artificial person; the corporation only has due process and equal protection under the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution and similar provisions of State constitutions and within the meaning of state statutes;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church must adhere to all public policy which restricts the Pastor to preaching politically correct sermons which do not assault anyone’s dignity or self-esteem. This means no speaking out about the character of political candidates, abortion, sodomy, homosexuals, the government, the war, sin, and no propaganda which equals the spreading of doctrine, which would definitely include the Gospel. Oh! I know you’re saying, “nobody tells me what to preach”. Really!? Then obviously you are not aware that in 1954 Lyndon Baines Johnson, an unethical man, was sick and tired of pastors and congregations wielding influence over voters. He declared it was time that the most powerful public forum, the church, be silenced. He proposed that in exchange for “tax-exempt status” the church would have to agree to keep silent on matters which the government considered verboten. If they did not co-operate there would be no tax amnesty for the transgressors. The rest is history.
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church is just another business under Federal and State Statutes and regulations and to the IRS. You have placed the Lord’s church in the same category with immoral, wicked, and despicable groups and organizations, i.e., Planned Parenthood, atheists, witches, Satanists, pornographers, pedophiles, and hundreds of other organizations all seeking legitimacy from a 501(c)(3) corporation as a way to raise tax-deductible money for their perverted activities;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church properties are held in trust for the public and such public purposes;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church powers and activities are defined and limited by Federal Statutes and by the regulations of the Internal Revenue Service Commissioner, and are in total submission to the State and Federal authorities;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church is considered to be perpetual, and cannot be dissolved or unincorporated unless and until all assets are merged into another “tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation or trust”;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church has agreed to allow the Internal Revenue Service to be the final arbitrator and authority of what is and is not a church; to certify religion and to state who we can worship, what we can or cannot believe, and who we can give our tithes to. It’s a sad commentary about the church of our day when the church feels compelled to go to sinners to seek legitimacy;
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church can now sue and be sued. Incorporation does little or nothing in the way of actually protecting the church. The legal truth is that a church cannot be sued and brought into court until it incorporates, because then it becomes a legal entity. Prior to incorporation, a church “is not an entity recognized in law.” If the court cannot legally recognize it, it cannot be sued. A church is not subject to the jurisdiction of any court. However, when a church incorporates it most certainly may be sued. Incorporation becomes the nexus of government jurisdiction over the incorporated church. Until the church incorporated it was completely outside the purview and jurisdiction of the civil government. This is a critical legal truth that seldom, if ever, will be discussed with you by your attorney.
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church establishes with the government an “unholy alliance”. The church and the corporation are each distinct, separate and mutually exclusive entities. “… Therefore, when the church incorporates, the church does not merge with the corporation.” Sierra Ville Community Church vs. McKenzie, 240 P.2nd 663 (1952). A symbiotic relationship is established wherein an incorporated church promotes the work of the church through the corporation, and the public interest, the work of the corporation and the State, are promoted through the incorporated church. This “unholy alliance” has resulted in the incorporated church being assimilated into promoting the philosophies and vain deceits after the traditions of man and the world, as enforced by civil government.
*The 501(c)(3) incorporated church has said that God is not sovereign over His Church. He has no place of honor. The church is the institution ordained and established by Jesus Christ Himself, and, Christ has never delegated His authority to any civil jurisdiction to rule in the affairs of His church. The 501(c)(3) incorporated church publicly declares that Jesus Christ is no longer competent to govern, protect and provide for His own church;
The Lord’s church has allowed itself to be emasculated by the United States government’s so-called favors and privileges. It is too apathetic, intimidated, and fearful to understand it was already guaranteed, by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, all rights, freedoms, liberties and protections. The courts have always recognized, “… a church is not an entity recognized in law”, therefore they have no jurisdiction over the church. How is it then that the Lord’s church can’t get this? They automatically commit spiritual suicide by voluntarily giving jurisdiction to the State by incorporating.
How is it that the Lord’s church cannot grasp that the First Amendment was an act of God’s wisdom and providence in order to safeguard His church and maintain its independence from the State? The First Amendment is the highest form of real protection ever known in the history of the church:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Where are the fearless Pastors who delivered potent “fire and brimstone” sermons against sin in all its forms? Where are the Pastors who spoke valiantly, without fear of retribution, against a corrupt government, sin, society’s condition, voter issues, and any and all forms of injustice? Where are the Pastors who care more about honoring God than being popular? Most Pastors today would rather sell their souls, enjoy sin for a season, and not worry about the coming Judgment Day, than ruffle any government feathers and thereby risk losing their “precious and sacred” 501(c)(3) incorporated status.

Proverbs 29:25 “The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.”
Have any of you Pastors bothered to think about what impact your “running scared and spirit of fear attitude” has on the world? What kind of testimony is it to the unbeliever when the church incorporates out of a spirit of fear? Sadly, the issue of our testimony is seldom ever considered when making this monumental decision. You can be sure of one thing; it is something that many others will think about when presented with the Gospel.
How about this scenario, “Okay, the Pastor just said that Jesus not only saves my soul, but He will be my Savior in every area of my life. He’s my Provider, my Protector, He’s my Everything. Well, if He’s such a great Protector, why then did this church have to go to the State for protection through incorporation? Obviously, the church must not think very much of Jesus’ ability to protect them. No, I don’t think I’m interested in the salvation this Jesus offers.”
American’s have always looked to the Bible and to the Pastors for moral direction. The world has long recognized the church in America as the most common and most influential institution in American history. It is for sure that our Founding Fathers, who fought to establish this Country, held the uncompromising knowledge that the church was not subservient or subordinate to any king, parliament, president or any other civil government body.
“A more certain way to attack religion is by favor, by the comforts of life, by the hope of wealth; not by what reminds one of it, but by what makes one forget it: not by what makes one indignant, but by what makes men lukewarm, when other passions act on our souls, and those which religion inspires are silent. In the matter of changing religion, State favors are stronger than penalties.”

Well, were truer words ever spoken … the acceptance of State favors has had disastrous consequences on the churches in America. The church is effectively silenced, she is gagged, and has become ineffective. Should you doubt, just take a look at the spiritual and moral bankruptcy of America. I believe the Pastors will be held responsible and accountable to God for allowing His church to become nothing more than “an arm of Rome”, and for fearing to take an undaunted stand for the fullness of truth.
God will not let spiritual treason go unpunished. It is not the way that “seems right” but the way that “is right” and in full harmony with God’s Word. Compliance is compromise.
The 501(c)(3) incorporated church has allowed an “unholy alliance” to be established between the Lord’s church and the State.
1 Corinthians 10:21 “Ye cannot drink the Lord’s cup and the cup of devils,”
Satan, who “blinds the mind” and “transforms himself into an angel of light …,” has sucked the preachers into his trap of incorporation.
In conclusion, God has honored His church above all others with great power and authority. Now, we must come out and be ye separate, and above all honor Him with all our love, our praise and our absolute obedience, for,
1 Samuel 15:22 “… to obey is better than sacrifice.”
We must offer our lives as a living sacrifice to Him. We must deny and revoke the “incorporated church” and return and restore the Lord’s church to its rightful owner and Sovereign Head, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:4 “… let God be true and every man a liar.”
John 8:32 “… and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”
