The manipulation of the masses is easily seen in today’s world. So long as it is stated in the media, a great number of people will believe it. What’s interesting to witness, though, is that the very same people who say they did not trust the media are the very same people who now trust everything that is being said about the war in Ukraine.
Please do not get me wrong. What is going on over there is tragic. There is no question about that. What baffles me is that the amount of care which people are displaying toward those who are suffering in Ukraine was not shown in 2014 when Russia invaded and took Crimea.
Moreover, where is the care toward our brothers and sisters in Christ who are murdered for their faith on a daily basis? Where are the tears for our brethren who are killed to the tune of ~200,000 dear souls every year? The persecution of our brothers and sisters is so well known and acknowledged that even the Atheist’s heart bleeds for the suffering of Christian’s worldwide.
It’s not as if our Lord didn’t warn us that persecution’s would come. As it is written …
2 Timothy 3:12 “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.”
As I stated in the beginning, however, if it doesn’t make it to TV, it is ignored. If you speak with the average person, the claim that Christians are the most persecuted minority on earth will come across as such an absurd statement that you will (more than likely) be met with laughter, scorn, ridicule, or some other form of scoffing.
2 Peter 3:3 “Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,”
Claims which go against the narrative have always been met with scorn.
Matthew 9:24 “He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.”
The Lord, King, and Creator of all that is seen and unseen was regarded as someone who spoke nonsense. What else can we expect except to be regarded as something worse?
That is why, though we have never been proven wrong out of the Scriptures, our claims about what is coming have been met with (mostly) deaf ears. For years we claimed that the homosexual movements of Rome would lead to homosexual marriage being legalized nationwide in the United States. We were met with ridicule and laughter. Then in 2015, the Lord and His people were vindicated when same-sex marriage was legalized.
For decades, God’s people warned the church leaders that the 501c3 contract was the prophesied Image of the Beast in Rome. But all the preachers of filthy lucre could see was a golden carrot that would increase them financially. The loving warnings to not buy in to the 501c3 fell on deaf ears and now the churches which have chosen to disobey our Lord and receive that image are between a rock and a hard place. If they choose to get rid of their contract, they stand to lose their entire ministries and go bankrupt. Sadly, many have chosen to keep the contract even though it means living in disobedience to the Lord they claim to love. Had they heeded the call of God’s Remnant people, they would not be in the spot they are in.
Matthew 13:14-15 “And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.”
But we must keep pressing forward. We need to continue to warn the world of what is to come. We need to continue warning people about the dangers of the vaccine and the infrastructure being built up around it. Keep in mind, my dear brothers and sisters, that the majority of the people the Lord sends our way have been fully persuaded by corporate media as well as totally biased doctors, scientists, professors, and other educators.
They have chosen to believe the word of men over and above the Word of God.
Romans 1:25 “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”
Don’t become disheartened by the countless rejections you will experience while attempting to bring more precious souls to Christ. Rejection is part of the life we now live. We are called to be seed sowers … nothing more … nothing less. We have no power to change a heart or convince someone to give their lives to God. Focus on speaking the truth and speaking it with as much tenderness and love and pity as you can. Only the Lord can change a heart … not us.
Though we must endure so much rejection, we must take heart in the fact that there will always be one who will hear the message, become convinced, be changed, repent, and be saved. Concentrate on that fact and you will be encouraged to continue.
Luke 15:7 “I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.”
Lastly, even though we are up against the giants or corporate media, the giants of “science” and medicine, and the overwhelming numbers of people who believe us to be fools, I have a few statements for anyone who sees these overwhelming odds as too much to bear …
Gideon only had 300 men to fight against tens of thousands.
Noah only had himself and seven of his family members while the whole world was against him.
David had only himself against Goliath.
Jesus and His Apostles were up against all of the world.
The 144,000 will face off against billions.
The 500,000,000 Christians who were slaughtered by the Vatican during the prophesied 1260 years of tribulation stood in the faith against a monstrous enemy.
So, here is the question: Did any of these faithful souls care about the size of the enemy in front of them? No, they didn’t … they only cared about the size of the God they served.
God bless.
